What Carrollton listings need.
Carrollton is the county seat, home to the University of West Georgia and Tanner Health, and the listings run from historic homes around Adamson Square to newer neighborhoods along the GreenBelt to farms and land parcels that need a drone before a buyer can understand them. Carroll County has more acreage and vacant-land listings than anywhere else we shoot, and that's a different job from a subdivision home.
For land and larger lots, aerial coverage does most of the work: boundaries, road frontage, tree cover, how the house sits on the parcel. Our vacant-land coverage starts at $160 and our drone add-on is $175 for twelve stills, so you can put real aerials on a land listing without paying for a full home package. For in-town homes, the Silver and Gold packages cover what Carrollton buyers, many of them relocating for the university or the hospital, look at first.

- Get the seller ready. We send a getting-ready checklist so the home is staged and clean on shoot day. That prep is where most of the difference comes from.
- Shoot day. We arrive on time, walk the property, and shoot interiors, exteriors, and aerials in one visit. Most homes take one to two hours.
- Delivery. MLS-sized and full-resolution files arrive in an online gallery within one to two business days, ready to upload.

Yes. Vacant-land coverage starts at $160 and includes the aerial stills that make a parcel legible online. For working farms or larger tracts, tell us the acreage when you book and we'll confirm the flight plan.
Can you fly a drone near the airport?
Some addresses near West Georgia Regional Airport sit in controlled airspace and need FAA authorization first. We check every address when you book. Most of Carrollton is clear, and where authorization is needed it's usually granted in minutes.
