- Get the seller ready. We send a getting-ready checklist so the home is staged and clean on shoot day. That prep is where most of the difference comes from.
- Shoot day. We arrive on time, walk the property, and shoot interiors, exteriors, and aerials in one visit. Most homes take one to two hours.
- Delivery. MLS-sized and full-resolution files arrive in an online gallery within one to two business days, ready to upload.

Yes, and the drone is the whole point on a lake lot. Aerial stills show the water frontage and the lot shape in a way ground photos can't. We check airspace for every address when you book.
How much notice do you need?
